General Terms and Conditions
We will try its best to provide the latest information and prices of the goods, as well as the inventory supply, and reserve the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice. Once all orders are submitted, refunds cannot be arranged unless they are out of stock. If any goods are not available to customers due to lack of stock, we have the right to refuse to accept the order and arrange a refund. The delivery period of all pre-orders depends on the supplier, and no refunds will be accepted after the order is submitted. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you separately. Refunds are all calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and we will not be responsible for foreign currency exchange rate differences and related handling fees during the refund.
Online Shopping Terms and Conditions
The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and the value is subject to the display at the time of order. The customer must pay the relevant payment by the payment method we accept when ordering the goods. We will not assume any responsibility when the relevant bank or third-party trader uses the credit card transaction channel to process failures. We will provide services based on the information provided by the customer. If the order is affected by the customer providing wrong information or due to any factors beyond the control of us, we will not be responsible. We retains the ownership of the goods until the goods are delivered to the customer, but we will not be responsible for any loss caused by the customer's additional request.
Online Shop Goods Replacement Terms and Conditions
- In any circumstances, we only offer exchange service, refund will not be provided.
- After checked and found any non-artificial damage, exchange the same model of product must be within the first 7 days.
- Merchandise can be exchanged once only.
- Exchanges are performed at FUTEX showroom .
- Returns or exchanges are not acceptable if the product does not meet personal preferences or quality expectations after purchase.
- Exchanges goods should remain with intact packaging and original receipt is required.
- We are sorry that we do not accept exchange in the following circumstances :
The product has been opened(except deterioration) or is used;
Improper use or damage to goods caused by human factors;
Lost Order delivery note or receipt.
Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.
Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount, Any free gifts, accessories, and trial gifts.
- You can exchange to substitute a similar good of equal or higher value at time if goods in your orders are out of stock. You should fill the difference; the remaining balances would not be claimed if you exchange to substitute good of value less than goods in your order.
- We have the right to deduct the partial refund amount/ shipping fee.
- Please also note that you may process returns / exchanges online only for purchases made on the Website.
- Excluded for or the product, which is discontinued, aged, damaged, and non-domestic use, the order refund is not be declined.
- We reserve the right to determine the above. (condition 5-10)

- The Customer must agree to the terms associated with the ordered product(s) and service(s). FUTEX Corporation Limited reserves all the right to the interpretation and explanation to the terms of exchange.
- By purchase on FUTEX Online Store, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and by any changes or modifications we may make.
- Once the order has been submitted/payment made, we do not accept returns or refunds order before the delivery date(s).
- We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Platform. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.
- Products that are bought during specific offers or promotional which explicitly state that only exchange the same model of product within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, exchange/ refund are not allowed.
- All DJI products are not eligible to 7 Days exchange policy, please contact DJI Hong Kong directly for repair and enquiry.
- FUTEX Corporation Limited reserves all rights of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.
